Payment Question

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, Wise, credit/debit cards, and Payoneer. For international clients we recommend Wise or Payoneer for low-fee, fast transfers. Payment details are confirmed at project start.
No. Most projects are structured as 50% upfront, 50% on completion. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Larger projects can be split into milestone-based instalments.
None. We quote a fixed price before work begins and stick to it. Any scope change is discussed and agreed in writing before additional costs are incurred. What we quote is what you pay — always.

Maintenance Question

Yes. Every website project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, we offer monthly maintenance plans covering updates, security patches, backups, speed monitoring, and minor content changes.
Depending on your plan: CMS and plugin updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security scans, SSL renewal, performance checks, and up to a set number of content edit hours per month. We send a monthly status report so you always know your site's health.
Clients on a maintenance plan receive priority support with a 4-hour response window. Critical issues like site downtime are treated as emergencies and escalated immediately. We aim to resolve most issues same-day.

Services Question

You can hire us for a single service — SEO only, web development only, Google Ads only. There are no forced bundles. Start with what you need now and add services as your business grows.

It depends on scope. Basic website: 2–4 weeks. Full e-commerce build: 6–10 weeks. Custom software: 8–16 weeks. SEO and marketing services are ongoing. All timelines are confirmed in your proposal before work begins.

Clients on active maintenance or retainer plans have access to an emergency contact number. For critical issues like site downtime, we respond regardless of the hour. Non-urgent queries are addressed first thing the next business morning.
